The Steel Sword diocese has been established in Pittsburgh by Archbishop Amicus Victor, welcoming all fledgling and established members of the Sabbat to participate in the foundation and maintenance of the Sabbat of Pennsylvania. Pittsburgh for the most part is uncontested territory, however; many issues are present: Will the Independent vampires of the area enforce their sovereignty? Will other sects and supernatural beings welcome the budding congregation? Will the politics of the new diocese tear it apart internally?
